This search will identify an individual's history of claims for injury while on the job. The ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requires that these records be used only after an offer of employment is made and should be used to accommodate the needs of the applicant.
Employers who include a question regarding the applicant's past work related injuries on their employment application can use this record to verify the honesty of the answer provided by the applicant.
